How to become a successful entrepreneur?

During my graduation I happened to see a forward saying how Narayana Murthy climbed the ladder of success called Infosys. Following is the snap explaining that :-P.

Well, that was just for fun. While in college we had an entrepreneurship club. I never attended the meetings conducted by that and somehow nobody showed interest in it.
Being a person who prefers to play safe I always wanted to join some company and earn a decent pay packet. The dream was fulfilled when I joined Infy. Destiny had something better for me.
The realisation that working for someone will do no good to the self but only to the employer, struck my conscience. It made me quit job and get into something of my own. I wont say that I’m completely successful in my present role. But I can assure that this role is dynamic and adds colours to my life. And ofcourse has high hopes that I’ll succeed far better than what I would have, as an employee.
Well that comes as the important point for a budding entrepreneur. Have faith in your talents. Never let the circumstances play on you, rather you play accordingly, with your gifted talents.
By talents, I mean the power which makes you the best in the field. The field can be anything like catering business, teaching/tuition, interior designing, web development, music etc. Something which you are really passionate about.
Self realisation of talents is not everything. But you have to prove it to the entire world that you are special and talented. For that you need to set up a working environment which is capable of withstanding your experiments.
This means finance, an office setup, staffs etc depending on the type of work. Initially you may have to face many hinderances. But go on since you believe in your talents and you are the one to succeed.
Now it is the time for real action. Start working and let feedbacks follow. Keep in mind to take negative feedbacks to catalyse your effort. The action should be like the tick of clock. It should never stop.
Persistence is the key for success. Never fear about failures. Once that fear starts hitching, you’ll start losing. And make up your mind to learn from failures.
Coming to the most important part now. Do you plan to do it all by your own and enjoy cent profit? Or wont you like to have more than cent profit by adding a partner to your business?
Choosing a partner if required is the toughest task. You’ve to be in sync with the partner or else you’ll end up in trouble. Or in other words he’ll make you end up in BIG trouble.
Huh.. still do you think that it is too risky? Are you sure that when you look back you’ll be happy realising that you’ve only served someone’s feet rather than standing on your own?
I recommend that atleast you can think of a part time business and once you start succeeding you can switch completely into it. You can find a variety of entrepreneurship business ideas at PowerHomeBiz. Enjoy the happiness of being self employed.
A research shows that there are lots of women entrepreneurs who succeeded in small home entrepreneur business. To boost it further government officials are providing grants to woman entrepreneurs. [I dont have much gyan about it though, guess happened to read from somewhere]. Also the count of web entrepreneurs are booming, statistics shows.
All of these success entrepreneur stories of famous entrepreneurs says Rome was not built in a day.
